1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

8 ounces smoked sausage, sliced

3 cups broccoli florets

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, red pepper flakes (if desired), salt, and pepper. Set aside.

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.

      Add the broccoli florets to the skillet with the sausage and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant green.

        Push the sausage and broccoli to the side of the skillet and add the shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they turn pink, then flip them over.

          Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp, sausage, and broccoli. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly and coat the ingredients.

            Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped parsley on top for garnish.
