Ingredients

1 lb fresh lump crab meat

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, gently fold together the crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.

Add the finely chopped green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix carefully, ensuring not to break up the crab meat too much.

Using your hands, form the crab mixture into small balls (about 2 inches in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Once all the crab bombs are formed, sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly over the top of each bomb to create a crispy crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped parsley.

Serve while warm with fresh lemon wedges on the side for squeezing.
