12 oz fresh or frozen cheese ravioli

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Zest of 1 lemon

½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

¼ teaspoon black pepper
