4 cups chopped kale (stems removed)

1 cup Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced

1 cup roasted butternut squash, diced

½ cup pomegranate seeds

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 small red onion, finely diced

½ cup toasted pecans, chopped

½ cup apple cider vinaigrette (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper, to taste
