1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar

4 cups cold water

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Lemon slices (for garnish)

Make the Strawberry Puree: In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Blend until smooth. Set aside.

    Mix Lemonade Base: In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, remaining granulated sugar, and cold water. Stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved.

      Combine Strawberry Puree: Stir the strawberry puree into the lemonade mixture until well mixed. The lemonade will take on a beautiful pink hue.
