Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar

4 cups cold water

1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Ice cubes for serving

Lemon slices and fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, combine the fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, and chopped strawberries. Blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove any seeds and pulp.

Add the cold water to the pitcher and stir well until the sugar is fully dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip; the cream should remain fluffy.

To serve, fill each glass with ice cubes and pour the chilled pink lemonade over the ice.

Top each glass with a generous dollop of the whipped cream mixture, using a spoon or piping bag for an attractive finish.

Garnish with a slice of lemon and a whole strawberry to enhance the visual appeal.
