Ingredients

1 bag of frozen waffle fries (about 28 oz)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon

1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional)

1 cup guacamole

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup salsa

Olive oil (for drizzling)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Spread the frozen waffle fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.

Once the waffle fries are done, remove them from the oven and carefully layer them on a large serving platter or a lined baking sheet.

Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the hot waffle fries.

Top with crumbled bacon, jalapeño slices (if using), diced tomatoes, green onions, and black olives.

Return the loaded waffle fries to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once out of the oven, drizzle some guacamole, sour cream, and salsa over the top.

Serve immediately while hot and enjoy the delicious combo of flavors and textures!
