1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh basil, chopped (plus more for garnish)

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup sour cream

Salt and pepper to taste

1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch pieces

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a medium bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Toss until the tomatoes are well coated, then set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.

      In another bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

        Transfer the cheese mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.

          Layer the marinated cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese mixture.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and slightly golden on top.

              While the dip is baking, arrange the baguette slices on a baking tray and lightly brush them with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.

                Remove the dip and baguette slices from the oven. Let them cool for a few minutes, then garnish the dip with additional chopped basil.

                  Serve the warm dip with the crispy baguette slices for dipping.
