4 large flour tortillas

1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni (or your choice of toppings)

1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Olive oil (for brushing)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Tortillas: Place the flour tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush a little olive oil on one side of each tortilla to help them crisp up in the oven.

      Add Sauce: Spread about 1/4 cup of pizza sauce onto the oiled side of each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges for a crust.

        Layer the Cheese: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each tortilla.
