Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (or substitute with black beans for vegetarian)

1/2 cup bell peppers, finely chopped (mix of red, yellow, and green)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Sliced olives or jalapeños for extra flavor

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and taco seasoning until fully blended.

Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded chicken (or black beans), chopped bell peppers, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cheese and chicken mixture over the whole tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla away from you, ensuring the filling stays inside. Gently press the edges to seal.

Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas until all are filled and rolled.

Once rolled, place the tortillas seam-side down on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, slice each tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter. If desired, sprinkle with additional chopped cilantro or garnish with sliced olives or jalapeños for an extra pop of color and flavor.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8-10 pinwheels

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the pinwheels on a colorful platter, and consider adding a side of salsa or guacamole for dipping. Garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs and lime wedges for an eye-catching presentation.
