Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 bell pepper, finely diced (red or green)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices of provolone cheese

4 hamburger buns

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Vegetables: Push the beef to one side of the skillet. Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the empty side. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, until the onion becomes translucent.

Mix Ingredients: Combine the beef and sautéed vegetable mixture. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Melt Cheese: Reduce heat to low and place a slice of provolone cheese over each portion of the beef mixture. Cover the skillet with a lid for about 2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.

Toast Burger Buns: Meanwhile, toast the hamburger buns in a separate pan over medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Assemble the Sandwich: Spoon a generous portion of the beef mixture onto the bottom half of each toasted burger bun.

Garnish and Serve: Top with chopped parsley and place the top half of the bun over the cheesy beef. Serve immediately.
