4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken (seasoned with taco seasoning)

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup salsa

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked ground beef or chicken, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced olives, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Spread the Cream: Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of sour cream across the tortilla, leaving a little edge around the sides. This helps keep the roll-up moist and flavorful.

      Add the Mixture: Spoon a generous portion of the filling mixture onto the tortilla, spreading it evenly across the center but not reaching the edges. Add a drizzle of salsa over the top for an extra kick.

        Roll It Up: Carefully roll the tortilla away from you, tightly but gently, making sure to tuck in the sides as you go to enclose the filling. Secure the end of the roll with a bit of sour cream if needed. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
