0.25cupfresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out or place your pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Spread a layer of refried beans evenly over the pizza crust, leaving about a half-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheddar cheese, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Evenly distribute the cooked taco meat over the cheese layer.
Add diced tomatoes and sliced black olives on top of the meat.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted and the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce, diced red onion, and fresh cilantro.
Drizzle sour cream on top or serve it on the side for dipping.
Notes
Slice the pizza into wedges and garnish with extra cilantro and a few olives on each slice for a vibrant finish. Serve it with lime wedges for an added zesty touch.
