Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup water

1 cup cooked white rice

1 cup shredded nacho cheese blend

1/2 cup sour cream

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced green onions

Salsa (for serving)

Instructions

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, the seasoned beef mixture, and half of the shredded nacho cheese blend. Mix until well combined.

Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon equal portions of the beef and rice mixture onto the center of each tortilla.

Top each portion with a dollop of sour cream, diced tomatoes, diced green onions, and the remaining shredded cheese.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and carefully roll from the bottom to create a burrito shape.

In a skillet over medium heat, place the burritos seam-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve with salsa on the side for dipping.
