4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

2 large carrots, grated

1 large apple, cored and shredded (preferably Granny Smith for tartness)

1/2 cup raisins

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, shredded apple, raisins, and chopped parsley. Toss all the ingredients together gently until well distributed.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard until smooth and creamy.
