Ingredients

4 cups water

4 black tea bags

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

While the tea is steeping, in a separate bowl, mash the sliced strawberries lightly with a fork to release their juice.

After steeping, remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar while the tea is still warm, ensuring it dissolves completely.

Add the mashed strawberries and lemon juice to the tea mixture, stirring well to combine.

Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled strawberry tea over the ice, garnishing each glass with fresh mint leaves.

                Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                  - Presentation Tips: To elevate the presentation, consider serving the tea in clear glasses that showcase the vibrant red color. You can also add a few whole strawberries and lemon slices to each glass before serving for an extra pop of color!
