12 mini flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

1/4 cup strawberry jam

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/4 cup chopped graham crackers

Whipped cream for topping

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

    Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest to the cream cheese, mixing until fully incorporated and creamy.

      In another bowl, combine the diced strawberries with the strawberry jam, gently mixing to coat the strawberries evenly.
