For the Sweet Rolls:

2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast

½ cup warm milk (110°F)

⅓ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 ½ to 4 cups all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon salt

For the Cheesecake Filling:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 tablespoon cornstarch

For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tablespoons milk

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until bubbly.

      - In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

        - Add the yeast mixture to the sugar mixture, then gradually add 3 ½ cups of flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour, a little at a time until it is manageable.

          - Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.

            - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

              Make the Cheesecake Filling:

                - In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.

                  - Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and cornstarch. Set aside.

                    Assemble the Rolls:

                      - Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 15x20 inches.

                        - Spread the cheesecake filling evenly across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

                          - Roll the dough tightly from the long side, pinch the edges to seal, and slice it into 12 equal rolls.

                            Second Rise:

                              - Place the rolls into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Cover with a towel and let rise for another 30 minutes.

                                Bake:
