4 large russet potatoes, cut into fries

4 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

        Cook the Steaks: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the time according to your desired doneness.
