Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (1 lb) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Olive oil for brushing

Optional: Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined to form the dip filling.

Roll out the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.

For each triangle, place a tablespoon of the spinach-artichoke mixture at the wide end of the triangle.

Gently fold the edges of the dough over the filling and then roll it up towards the tip. Pinch to seal the edges to create a small pocket.

Place each filled crescent roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Brush the tops of the bites with olive oil to help them turn golden brown while baking.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
