8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1-2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup crispy bacon bits (optional)

Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.

      Fold in the chopped jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and season with salt and pepper to taste. If using, add the crispy bacon bits and stir until evenly distributed.

        Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

          Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

            Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
