Ingredients

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

4 cups sparkling water (chilled)

1 tablespoon dried culinary lavender

1 cup water (for lavender infusion)

Ice cubes

Fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

Make Lavender Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the dried culinary lavender. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce to low and let simmer for about 10 minutes to extract the flavor.

Strain the Syrup: Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the lavender infusion through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl. Discard the lavender flowers and add sugar to the hot liquid. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves, creating a lavender syrup. Set aside to cool.

Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the freshly squeezed lemon juice and lavender syrup. Stir well to combine. Adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.

Add Sparkling Water: Just before serving, pour the chilled sparkling water into the lemonade mixture gently to maintain the fizz. Stir lightly to combine without losing the bubbles.

Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the sparkling lavender lemonade over the ice.

Garnish: Add a sprig of fresh lavender and a slice of lemon to each glass for a beautiful presentation.
