Ingredients

4 cups water

4 black tea bags

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Once boiling, remove the saucepan from heat and add the black tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer it.

While the tea is steeping, place the sliced peaches and sugar in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth to make a peach puree.

Once the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags and stir in the peach puree and fresh lemon juice. Mix well to combine all flavors.

Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chilled.

Serve over ice cubes, garnished with fresh mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch.
