1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Additional graham cracker pieces for topping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or cooking spray.

    Make the Cookie Dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes.

      Add Wet Ingredients: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

          Stir in Chocolate Chips: Fold in the chocolate chips to the cookie dough. The mixture will be thick.

            Form Cookie Cups: Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, fill each muffin cup about halfway with the cookie dough, pressing it into the bottom and up the sides to create a cup shape.

                Add Marshmallows: Place 2-3 mini marshmallows on top of the graham cracker layer, gently pressing them down.
