8 oz smoked Gouda cheese, shredded

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the smoked Gouda cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

      Add the crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

        Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

            Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

              Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables for dipping.
