smoked sausage, sliced

green cabbage, thinly shredded

bell pepper, sliced

onion, sliced

garlic, minced

soy sauce

olive oil

teaspoon
smoked paprika

teaspoon
black pepper

red pepper flakes
to taste
fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced sausage to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until nicely browned, stirring occasionally.
Toss in the sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the minced garlic and shredded cabbage to the skillet, stirring everything together.
Drizzle the soy sauce over the mixture and sprinkle in the smoked paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and has slightly wilted.
Remove from heat and taste; adjust seasoning with more soy sauce or pepper if desired.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the heat level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
