1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn tortillas

1 cup shredded cabbage (red or green)

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

½ red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, deseeded and minced (optional for extra heat)

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a bowl, combine the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and chopped cilantro.

    Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and season with salt to taste. Mix gently and set aside.

      Season the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

        Cook the Shrimp: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat.

          Warm the Tortillas: In a separate pan, warm the corn tortillas for about 20 seconds on each side until pliable, or you can wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds.

            Assemble the Tacos: Place a few shrimp on each tortilla, followed by a handful of shredded cabbage and a couple of slices of avocado.
