2 cups elbow macaroni

1 pound beef chuck roast, shredded

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the macaroni: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

      Add the beef: Add the shredded beef to the skillet and stir until combined with the onions and garlic. Pour in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the beef is tender and flavors meld.

        Combine: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and beef mixture. Mix in the sharp cheddar cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and well incorporated.

          Transfer to baking dish: Pour the macaroni and beef mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

            Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
