Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 cups cooked turkey, shredded

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 egg, for egg wash

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Arrange the crescent dough triangles in a circle, overlapping the wide ends and leaving the pointed ends outside. The shape should resemble a sun with rays.

Spoon the turkey and cranberry mixture onto the wide part of each triangular dough piece evenly.

Fold the pointed ends over the filling to create a ring shape, sealing the edges as best as possible.

Brush the top with the egg wash using a pastry brush for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crescent roll is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
