2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, frozen peas and carrots, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Pour the chicken Alfredo mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Carefully arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on top of the chicken mixture. Make sure to cover the entire surface for even cooking.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the tater tots, ensuring you cover them completely.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.

Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes to set.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 40-45 minutes | Servings: 6

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the casserole directly from the baking dish for a rustic feel, or portion it onto individual plates. A sprinkle of extra parmesan and a sprig of parsley on each serving can add a touch of elegance!
