1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, making sure it doesn't burn.

Increase the heat to high and add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.

Sauté the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque, flipping halfway through.

Once the shrimp are cooked through, add the orange zest, orange juice, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the skillet. Stir well to combine.

Continue to cook for an additional minute, allowing the citrus juices to slightly reduce and coat the shrimp.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
