Ingredients

12 mini slider buns

1 lb thinly sliced roast beef

1 cup beef broth

½ cup sliced provolone cheese

¼ cup caramelized onions (1 medium onion, thinly sliced and sautéed)

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the sliced roast beef, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until the beef is warmed through, about 3–4 minutes.

Caramelize the Onions: In a separate pan, add a bit more olive oil if needed and sauté the sliced onions over medium-low heat until they are golden and caramelized, about 10–15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Assemble the Sliders: Cut the mini slider buns in half. On the bottom half of each bun, layer a slice of provolone cheese, a generous amount of the warm roast beef mixture, a few pieces of caramelized onions, and top with another slice of provolone cheese.

Top with Buns: Place the top half of the mini buns on each assembled slider.

Make the Au Jus: In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth over low heat. Add any remaining roast beef juices from the skillet and stir to combine.

Bake the Sliders: Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and cover them with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. For a crispy top, uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Drizzle with the warm au jus for dipping and garnish with chopped parsley.
