Ingredients

16 oz (450 g) baby bell mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed

3 tablespoons ranch dressing mix (dry)

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon juice for brightness

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, toss the cleaned baby bell mushrooms with olive oil, ensuring they are well-coated.

Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the mushrooms and mix gently to distribute the seasoning evenly.

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter with the minced garlic and fresh thyme until aromatic, about 1 minute.

Add the seasoned mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden brown.

Season with salt, pepper, and optional lemon juice to brighten the flavors, then remove from heat.

Garnish the sautéed mushrooms with chopped parsley before serving.

Serve warm as a side dish or a savory appetizer.
