Ingredients
  

1 packet of pre-made pizza dough (or homemade)

1 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced pepperoni (or your choice of toppings like mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon cornmeal (for dusting)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Sprinkle cornmeal on the surface to prevent sticking.

    Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle about ¼ inch thick.

      Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then evenly distribute the sliced pepperoni (or other toppings) on top of the cheese.

          Sprinkle the dried oregano and garlic powder over the toppings for added flavor.

            Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape, sealing the edges as you go.

              Once rolled, slice the log into 1-inch thick pieces using a sharp knife. You should have about 12-15 rolls.

                Place the pizza rolls on the prepared baking sheet with the cut side facing up. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil for a golden finish.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

                    Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
