Ingredients

1 large flour tortilla

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and olive oil.

Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. If using, add the sliced black olives to the mixture and stir until well combined.

Lay the flour tortilla on a clean, flat surface and spread the spinach and cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface, leaving a small border around the edges.

Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape, making sure the filling stays inside as you roll.

Once rolled, wrap the pinwheel log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to help it firm up.

After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice the roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter.

Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve!
