Ingredients
  

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

4 cups cold water

2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender flowers

1/4 teaspoon lavender essential oil (food-grade)

1/2 cup fresh raspberries (for color and flavor)

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and lavender sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

Infuse the Lavender: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and the dried lavender flowers. Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes to extract the flavors. Remove from heat and let it steep for an additional 15 minutes. Strain out the flowers and set the lavender infusion aside to cool.

    Mix the Lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey (or agave syrup), and 3 cups of cold water. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.

      Combine with Infusion: Once the lavender infusion has cooled, add it to the lemonade mixture along with the lavender essential oil. Stir to combine all flavors well.

        Add Raspberries: Gently muddle the fresh raspberries in a small bowl with the back of a spoon to release their juice. Add the muddled raspberries to the lemonade, stirring carefully to create a beautiful pink hue.

          Chill & Serve: Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to chill. Serve over ice cubes in glasses, garnished with lemon slices and sprigs of fresh lavender.
