1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

Ice cubes

Maraschino cherries and pineapple slices for garnish

In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple chunks, coconut milk, vanilla yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract (if using).

    Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.

      Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend again until well combined and chilled.
