Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit into a small disc, about 3 inches wide.

Place a tablespoon of mozzarella cheese and a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese in the center of each biscuit disc.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese filling, pinching to seal the edges tight. Roll the filled biscuits into a ball shape.

Once all the cheese-filled biscuits are rolled, dip each one into the garlic butter mixture to coat them lightly.

Place the coated biscuit bombs onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each bomb for expansion.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top.

Remove from the oven and brush any remaining garlic butter over the top of the warm bombs.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
