Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Open the can of biscuits and separate them into individual pieces.

Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand and place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese and pinch to seal it well, forming a ball shape.

Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

Place the coated cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown on top and the cheese is melted inside.

Once baked, remove them from the oven and brush any remaining garlic butter on top for extra flavor.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
