Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cooking spray

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits and separate the biscuits.

Flatten each biscuit onto a clean, floured surface or parchment paper to about 1/4 inch thick.

Place about 1-2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching them together to create a sealed ball.

Roll the ball in your hands to make it nice and round, then place it seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining biscuits.

Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of each cheese bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Remove from the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.

Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce!
