8 large dill pickles, drained and patted dry

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup deli meats (ham, turkey, or roast beef), thinly sliced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Start by laying out one tortilla on a clean surface.

    Spread a thin layer of cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.

      Place 2 slices of your chosen deli meat on top of the cream cheese.

        Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheddar cheese over the meat.

          Place a dill pickle on one edge of the tortilla. You can slice the pickle in half lengthwise if it's too long for the tortilla.

            Carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the pickle, ensuring the filling stays inside.

              Repeat steps 1 to 6 with the remaining tortillas, cream cheese, meats, and pickles.

                Once all the rolls are prepared, use a sharp knife to slice each roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1-2 inches thick.

                  For added flavor, you can sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and season with salt and pepper.

                    Arrange the pickle roll-ups on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
