Ingredients

12 slider rolls

1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak

1 cup green bell pepper, diced

1 cup onion, diced

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 ½ cups provolone cheese, shredded

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onions and green bell peppers, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Push the vegetable mixture to one side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the other side. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes, then mix it with the vegetables.

Toast the slider rolls in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until they are slightly crispy.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread this mixture evenly on the inside of each slider roll.

Fill each slider roll generously with the steak and vegetable mixture. Top each with shredded provolone cheese.

Place the filled sliders back in the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 sliders

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the sliders on a large platter, serving them with toothpicks for easy handling. You can also serve with a side of pickles and dipping sauce for extra flavor.
