Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

2 cups beef broth

2 cups elbow macaroni

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.

Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.

Stir in the diced tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, and beef broth. Mix well.

Incorporate the elbow macaroni, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the macaroni is cooked and the mixture is thickened.

Once cooked, sprinkle the top with shredded cheddar cheese, cover the pot, and let it sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
