Ingredients

1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

8 oz white chocolate, chopped (or candy melts)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for drizzling)

Optional: sprinkles, crushed nuts, or additional Oreo crumbs for garnish

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, place the Oreo cookies and pulse until finely crushed. Alternatively, you can place them in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Mix with Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese. Use a spatula or your hands to blend until fully mixed and a dough-like consistency is reached.

Form Balls: Using a cookie scoop or your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill the Balls: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the Oreo balls are firm.

Melt the White Chocolate: While the oreo balls are chilling, set up a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Melt the white chocolate (or candy melts) over low heat or in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.

Coat the Balls: Remove the chilled Oreo balls from the refrigerator. Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, letting any excess chocolate drip off. Return the coated balls back to the parchment-lined baking sheet.

Drizzle with Semi-Sweet Chocolate: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in the same way. Using a fork, drizzle the melted chocolate over the Oreo balls for a decorative finish.

Garnish (Optional): While the chocolate coating is still wet, sprinkle the tops with sprinkles, crushed nuts, or additional Oreo crumbs for a fun touch.

Refrigerate Again: Place the baking sheet back into the refrigerator and let them chill for at least another hour so the chocolate sets completely.

Serve and Enjoy: Once set, your Oreo bliss balls are ready to be served! Enjoy them with family and friends, or store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
