Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

8 oz egg noodles

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup frozen peas

Salt and pepper to taste

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken thighs and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Noodles: In the same pan, add the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Make it Creamy: Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the heavy cream and frozen peas. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine: Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and gently toss everything together so that the chicken is coated with the creamy sauce.

Add the Butter: Remove the pan from heat and stir in the unsalted butter until melted and combined for added richness.

Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if necessary.

                - Presentation Tips: Serve the chicken and noodles in bowls, drizzling any remaining creamy sauce on top. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color.
