12 oz fettuccine pasta

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

3 cups baby spinach

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.

    Sauté Garlic and Tomatoes: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 3–4 minutes.

      Add Spinach: Stir in the baby spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.

        Prepare the Cream Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine and allow to simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

          Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the drained fettuccine to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach desired consistency.

            Final Touches: Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If you like a bit of heat, sprinkle in some crushed red pepper flakes.

              Serve: Plate the pasta and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
