Ingredients

1 cup Nutella

1 cup crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup finely chopped hazelnuts

1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (for coating)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Nutella and crushed graham crackers, mixing until fully incorporated and smooth.

Add the chopped hazelnuts, sea salt, and powdered sugar to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to help firm up the mixture.

Once chilled, use your hands to scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your palms. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Continue rolling the mixture into truffles until all the dough is used. You should have about 20-25 truffles, depending on size.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.

Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Place the chocolate-covered truffles back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.

For an extra touch, sprinkle some finely chopped hazelnuts or cocoa powder on top of the wet chocolate before it sets.

Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.

Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy your indulgent Nutella hazelnut truffles!
