1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup creamy peanut butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

Chopped peanuts and chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are fully moistened.

    Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to firm up while preparing the filling.

      In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

        Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.

          Pour the peanut butter filling into the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
