Ingredients

1 cup vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons orange zest

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips, melted

Extra orange zest for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafer cookies, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, fresh orange juice, and vanilla extract.

Using an electric mixer, blend the ingredients together on medium speed until well combined and smooth.

Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up, making it easier to handle.

Once chilled, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) from the mixture.

Place the formed truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated. Use a fork to lift it out and allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

Return the coated truffles to the parchment-lined sheet and immediately sprinkle a little extra orange zest on top for garnish.

Place the truffles in the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes to set the chocolate.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 1 hr | Servings: 20 truffles

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the truffles on a decorative plate and dust with a little more powdered sugar or zest for an elegant finish. You can also use colorful paper liners for a playful touch.
