Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

2 large ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup chocolate syrup

1 cup crushed walnuts (optional)

Maraschino cherries for topping

Whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well-blended. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust. Set aside to cool slightly.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined and fluffy.

Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well blended.

Assemble the Layers: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust, taking care to smooth it out with a spatula.

Add Fruit: Layer the drained crushed pineapple over the cream cheese mixture, followed by the banana slices and half the strawberries. Drizzle with some chocolate syrup.

Top With Remaining Whipped Cream: Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the mixture. Then spread the whipped cream over the top of the fruit layer evenly.

Finish the Cake: Sprinkle crushed walnuts over the top (if using), and decorate with the remaining sliced strawberries. Drizzle more chocolate syrup if desired and add maraschino cherries on top.

Chill: Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and to set.

Serve: Slice into squares and serve chilled, garnishing with additional whipped cream if desired.
